Stand by Thomas, his communication and customer service. With my husband deployed, Thomas came by and made it feel safe, respectful and comfortable while he attempted to install our dual tank Springwell system in our new home. Though all contents didn’t come via FedEx, he agreed to come back at a later date without issue. Even with husband having a change of heart midway through due to his collector cars and tools (as well other circumstances). Thomas understood but ultimately came back when husband returned and installed everything. Other companies quotes were INSANEEEEEEEEEEEEELY higher than Thomas. We discovered a leak in our hot water heater this morning, and our pool technician recommended Thomas. We’re very glad he did. Although he was working in Queen Creek, Thomas made time to come out to Sun City West the very same day and quickly replaced the unit for us. He also took the extra step of contacting a restoration company from Mesa to inspect for any potential mold or water damage in the walls and flooring. Thankfully, everything checked out fine.
